脱硫剂分CaC2系和CaO两大类。CaC2脱硫效果好，可将硫由0.04~0.06%降至0.01%以下，浮渣呈颗粒状易于去除，只是它的价格贵、熔点高，又碍于运输和保管，故限于近点供应。CaO系使用较为普遍。无论是那一系脱硫剂，都应具有抗潮、防爆的特性。活性CaO经表面成膜处理，并加添加剂制成的复合脱硫剂，不受潮，去硫效率高，气动法脱硫，脱硫率在60~90%。产量不大的工厂，单包冲入法脱硫应采用低熔点复合脱硫剂，脱硫率为30~50%，此时脱硫渣呈熔融状。

气动脱硫后，铁液进入感应炉提温。Desulphurization agents are divided into two categories: CAC2 system and Cao. The composite desulphurizer made of active Cao treated by film forming on the surface and additive has no moisture and high desulphurization efficiency. The desulphurization efficiency of pneumatic method is 60 ~ 90% . Low melting point compound desulphurizer should be used for desulphurization with single-package charging method in the plant with small output. The desulphurization rate is 30 ~ 50% , and the desulphurization slag is molten at this time. After pneumatic desulphurization, molten iron enters induction furnace to raise temperature. 2. The slag removal process can be carried out in a ladle or an induction furnace. The slag removing agent (slag gathering agent) is sprinkled on the liquid surface to form a melting layer immediately, which plays the role of covering and slag gathering. The heat expansion of the slag remover produces many small holes in the molten layer, which plays a good role in heat preservation. The slag remover is divided into three grades: low, medium and high. By the original ore by simple crushing, screening products are low-grade, provincial output. It is no longer favored by the foundry. The middle grade slag remover has the choice to the original ore, has increased the water washing and so on the working procedure, can satisfy the casting basic request, for the majority factory accepts. Imported high-grade slag remover, select high-quality ore source, processing procedures are different from the general. The product is spread over the liquid surface, covering the whole liquid surface, excellent slag removal ability, less, non-stick furnace lining and ladle, can be used to lift the whole slag layer, slag cleaning convenient and thorough, in the past three years, it has begun to receive the attention of the domestic industry.

2． 除渣

离心球墨铸铁管厂家除渣过程可在包中或感应炉内进行。将除渣剂（聚渣剂）撒于液面即时形成一熔融层，起覆盖和聚渣作用。除渣剂受热膨化，在熔融层中产生许多小孔，起良好的保温作用。

除渣剂分低、中、高三档。由原矿经简单破碎、过筛的产品属于低档，各省均产。现已不被铸造厂看好。中档除渣剂对原矿有所选择，增加了水洗等工序，能满足铸件的基本要求，为多数工厂接受。进口的高档除渣剂，选优质矿源，加工工序有别于一般。该产品撒于液面即迅速散布，覆盖整个液面，除渣能力超卓，用量少，不粘炉衬与浇包，用棍即可将熔融渣层整体挑起，清渣方便彻底，近三年来已开始受国内业界的重视。
